The MN snow may may soon melt, but there is still time to enjoy a holiday classic, sip on some cider, and become a Tree Designer at the 2012 Festival of Trees.

Hiawatha Homes Foundation Festival of Trees – A Celebration of Giving brings families and friends together, to not only cherish holiday traditions, but to support the difference Hiawatha Homes, Inc. makes in the lives of people with disabilities.

You can be a part of these magical moments for the community by sharing your creativity as a Tree Designer.

1. I want to submit my Designer Agreement and pay online today.
2. I want to submit my Designer Agreement online but I will pay later using one of the following options:
   • Mailing a check to Hiawatha Homes Foundation
   • Calling with my credit card number
   • Being invoiced
3. I want to print the Designer Agreement and send it in the mail.
