We invite you to become involved as an Underwriter in support of the 2012 Festival of Trees. The Festival of Trees is made possible through the support of our Underwriters, designers, and dedicated volunteers who work year-round to organize this successful community event.

There are various Underwriter levels available and the benefits that each level receives. Your support will help create memories that will last a lifetime. We are thankful for the community's support of the Festival of Trees.

1. I want to submit my Underwriter Agreement and pay online today.
2. I want to submit my Underwriter Agreement online but I will pay later using one of the following options:
   • Mailing a check to Hiawatha Homes Foundation
   • Calling with my credit card number
   • Being invoiced
   • HH can call me to set up a payment plan
3. I want to print the Underwriter Agreement and send it in the mail.
